WHAT IS THE MEET-UP ALL ABOUT?
This is a big lunch and shopping get-together for all the NESSAholics that are able to join us in southern California. Many people on the list wanted to go to the pre-show meetup at Wango Tango, but either couldn’t go to Wango Tango or missed the get-together. Others were able to meet other fan forum members, and would love to do it again!
We are also celebrating Vanessa Carlton’s birthday, and this gives us the opportunity to do two exciting and special things: sign a birthday card for Vanessa from all the forum members, and to consolidate all our scrapbook contributions, which Holly will put together and give to JoJo at KIIS-FM to present to Vanessa at the next in-studio in the fall. It is at 12:30 pm (lunchtime) on Friday, August 16, 2002. We are having lunch together, and you can stay as long as you like, and even go shopping together afterwards.
At Ontario Mills Mall in Ontario, CA, located at the junctions of I-15 and I-10. We are meeting at the Big Food Court by Entry 3, adjacent to the AMC 30 Theaters.

Driving Directions:
From east or west I-10 (San Bernardino Freeway), exit Milliken Avenue. Head 1 block north on Milliken, and turn right into Ontario Mills Mall.
From north or south I-15 (Ontario Freeway), exit Rancho Street. Head West and immediately turn left into Ontario Mills Mall.
From east or west SR-60 (Pomona Freeway), proceed north on I-15 and follow directions from I-15.

This is a great opportunity to meet everyone. See in person people who have contributed to our message board, and get to know them better and make new friends!
Why Ontario Mills? It’s the largest shopping mall in Southern California, and there is a huge food court and lots of shopping opportunities. Many of the stores at Ontario Mills are factory outlet stores, so you can also find lots of bargains while you’re here! Also, many people who are going live in Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties, while others are coming from elsewhere. The location was chosen because it is central to many people, and easily accessible by freeway or by air.
Why on August 16? Because it's Vanessa's birthday, of course!
